If you contact us, you may provide your name, contact details and the contents of your inquiry. We use this information to respond to your question and manage the related correspondence. Your email or phone provider and our communication service providers process information needed to deliver those communications.

Email is for general inquiries only. Please do not send prescriptions, personal health numbers, medication lists or other personal health information. Contact us by telephone to ask about an appropriate way to communicate sensitive information. For current care, continue to contact your existing pharmacy or health care provider.

Website visits and maps

Our website hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times. We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools to this website. Website fonts are served from this website.

The location and delivery maps use Google Maps. Embedded maps may load as you browse the homepage or open the delivery details. Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies depending on your browser and account settings. Opening a larger map or directions also takes you to Google Maps.

The address and telephone number appear as text elsewhere on the page. Closing the delivery details does not erase information Google has already received.

External services may process information outside Canada. Their handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. Links to directions and other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy practices and terms.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact Caring Pharmacy Ltd. with questions or complaints about this website or our handling of your general inquiry. You can ask about access to or correction of personal information you have provided, withdrawing consent, and our retention and complaint-handling practices. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information. Please do not include identity documents or health information in an initial email.

B.C.’s Personal Information Protection Act sets out rights and responsibilities for personal information handled by private organizations. You can also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia about privacy concerns.

Website information and illustrative images

Website information is general and is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for advice from your pharmacist or another qualified health care professional. Planned services will depend on operational readiness, pharmacist assessment, eligibility and availability. General inquiries do not create an appointment or confirm a service.

Pharmacy interior concepts and portrait backgrounds are illustrative; they do not show Caring Pharmacy’s premises. The caregiver image is AI-generated and does not show actual Caring Pharmacy patients. The blister-pack image illustrates packaging only and is not a dispensing label or dosing instruction. Actual packaging may differ; always follow your own prescription label and pharmacist’s guidance.

The delivery map shows the pharmacy location, not a marked delivery boundary. Free delivery is planned within approximately 5 km of the pharmacy. This distance is a guide, not a guaranteed service area. Coverage and arrangements will be confirmed at opening.
