Free local delivery is planned for Burnaby and New Westminster within approximately 5 km of the pharmacy. Final coverage and arrangements will be confirmed at opening.

When will Caring Pharmacy open?
We have received our pharmacy licence from the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia and our City of Burnaby business licence. We are awaiting confirmation of our official opening date and will announce it here once confirmed.

Can I transfer my prescriptions to Caring Pharmacy?
Once Caring Pharmacy opens, our team can help coordinate an eligible prescription transfer from your current pharmacy. For now, please continue using your current pharmacy for prescriptions and refills.
Will I need an appointment?
Appointment and walk-in arrangements will be confirmed when we open. Please contact us before visiting for a vaccination, medication review, or minor ailment assessment to confirm availability.
Where will you be located, and is parking available?
We will be at 7414 Edmonds Street in Burnaby, inside Kingsway Medical Clinic. Entrance, parking and accessibility details will be confirmed before opening. Please contact us if you need help planning your visit.
What should I bring when you open?
Bring your BC Services Card or other government-issued ID, your prescription if you have one, a current medication list, and any prescription insurance details. Our team can let you know if your appointment needs anything else. Please do not email these documents.
Will you offer free local delivery?
We plan to offer free local delivery in Burnaby and New Westminster, within approximately 5 km of 7414 Edmonds Street. Coverage and delivery details will be confirmed at opening. Delivery to Queensborough and other addresses requiring a bridge crossing will be by arrangement. Addresses near the boundary and deliveries farther away will also need confirmation with our team. Are all services available to everyone?
Service availability depends on pharmacist assessment, eligibility, prescriber directions where applicable, supplies, and current British Columbia requirements.
